Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Central Airport

From the moment we arrived, Dejon at the front desk set the tone for a wonderful stay. He was warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. First impressions matter, and his friendly attitude really stood out. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable — you could tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. During my stay, every staff member I interacted with was attentive, polite, and eager to help with anything I needed. It’s not just about having a clean room, but about feeling truly cared for as a guest, and that’s exactly the experience I had here. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and excellent customer service.

Needed a place that was clean, close to the airport, comfortable and budget friendly. Front staff was very kind and helpful. Interacted briefly with the breakfast staff and was also kind and welcoming. They helped coordinating my shuttle departure and pick up times. Just FYI, call in advance to the hotel to have the front desk contact the shuttle driver. The shuttle is shared with Embassy Suited and Hilton Garden. But it is very quick. Thank you to front desk staff Lywanda and Missiana.

Stay - January 13th, 2026 Price - $227 Room - 204, Standard Two Queen Bed Parking - Free A good, middle of the road Hampton Inn. For one located near an airport, it exceeded my expectations. Parking was free. Plenty of spaces were available during my stay. The area seemed reasonably safe. Room 204 is a short walk from the elevators. The room was a bit dated, but otherwise perfectly clean. There were two things I was disappointed with. First, the lack of a black out shade allowed light from the parking lot into the room at night. Second, the room lacked liquid hand soap and liquid body wash dispensers. These are becoming more and more common in Hampton Inns, and most good mid-level hotel brands. The gym is very spacious and features a good selection of fitness equipment. There is also a laundry room, which you can pay for with card. There is an outdoor pool, which was cleaned during my visit. The Complimentary Breakfast was the normal Hampton Inn selection. The special flavor of Waffle batter was Cinnamon Bun (highly recommended). They also had two different waffle makers with different designs which was nice. The location is also convenient. It is a short shuttle to/from the airport. The rental car facilities are also less than 5 minutes away. Interstate 95 is also quickly accessible, and it is a short drive/Uber into West Palm Beach.

It was not only very nice and clean but also comfortable, providing a wonderful space to relax after a long day. The attention to detail in the upkeep of the room was very impressive. The hot breakfast was another major plus. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of food, far exceeding my expectations for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall, this hotel provides a top-notch experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will certainly be returning on my next trip.

Dejon Jackson made our check in process wonderful. He was so kind, caring, and compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we need and he could get us into our room. I have to give a huge shoutout to Dejon at the front desk! I checked in on Monday after a long, rough day and honestly wasn’t in the best mood. But Dejon completely turned things around with his positive attitude and great energy. He was friendly, professional, and just had this way of making you feel welcome right away. By the time I left the desk, my whole outlook had changed. He really made my stay start off on the right foot. Hampton Inn is lucky to have him!

Have stayed here a few times before and always had great interactions with Dejon. Today at check-in, I had to wait a few minutes for my room to be ready but was upgraded to a suite. Dejon has fantastic customer relation skills and it is always a pleasure working with him. Thanks again!
